What types of furniture do you offer?
Abode offers a wide range of furniture, including sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, office furniture, accessories, and more.
Where is Abode Furniture located?
Abode does not currently have a brick and mortar location. All of our furniture can be found in our online store. If additional photos/information are required, please contact us directly and we will assist.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website. Follow the easy steps on our website to add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it enters our system for processing. Modifications or cancellations maybe possible depending on the current status of the order.
If the furniture you purchased has not yet left for delivery - cancellations are an option. If the order has already been shipped, we can offer you the option to return the product if it is not to your liking.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of the items. We currently only offer shipping within Canada. Enter your address on the checkout page and your shipping fee will be calculated.
Can I track my order?
Tracking will be provided for orders that are being fulfilled by third party delivery providers. If the delivery is local, we will reach out to you to set a time and date of delivery. You can select from several time slots. Note: Deliveries go out on Tuesdays & Fridays.
What is your return policy?
We have a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. We ask that you pay a return fee and we will have your order picked up from your home.
